Order Processing & Dispatch

• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using specialized cold-chain insulation and are shipped only Monday through Thursday, so they are not left sitting in transit over the weekend.
